HOW TO MAKE ADHESIVE LAYER AND LAP JOINT FOR COMPOSITE

  Hello guys,
  
  I tried to make design for tubular composite single lap joint like this.
  
  and this is how Ansys look like :
  
  and this is the results
  
  Yups, failed. So how to make an adhesive layer so the adherents can be joined as well as the theory and then hot to make overlap?
