Hey Ansys Community !
I am Trying to simulate the Rolling of a thin plate made of Aluminium Alloy AA6082. I want to record the plane strain matrix on top bottom and mid thickness plane of plate. I dont want any information about roller. Following steps have been followed so far :-Â
1] AA6082 material created with linear isotropic elastic properties and Non linear plastic to capture plastic behaviourÂ
2] Roller was set Rigid (Static Structural) and after assigning materials , I set Connections between top roller and top plane and bottom roller and bottom plate to frictionalÂ
3] I applied Body to ground Revolute joint
4] After Meshing , While Applying Boundary conditions Iam facing an Issue !
5] I am not able to figure it out why the Question mark still appears in Join load although i have given all necessary inputs (refer fig below)
Please feel free to share your experience or suggestions , It would help a lot in developing my understadning

In the Message window is a Warning, what does it say?
Click the Solve button, that often creates a message that gives more information about why the solution cannot proceed.
