Additive Print: Minimum Support Height

      When using the Additive Print dashboard, I'm attempting to simulate a part that is built directly to the baseplate, but also has support genration for some of its overhang features. According to the Tutorial Documents provided in the ANSYS learning hub:

      However, when I follow this guidance and set the minimum support height to zero (Z=0), it still does not generate the part to the base plate. Here is an example of viewing the Output FIle of Support displacement: 

      As context to what the part looks like:

       

      This is with a mesh element size of 2.5 mm. The amount of material generated beneath the part depends on the mesh element size, a larger element size will result in a greater amount of support material beneath the part. But, I would like there to be zero support material beneath the part. Is there a way to correct this or am I forced to used the work bench and LPBF set up wizard?

      Did you uncheck the check mark ‘Simulate with support’? You can also check the below Ansys help like for more details.
