Unable to extract Force Reactions results.

When using Ansys 24R1 version of Workbench for Random Vibration simulation, I came across an error message stating "The data required to calculate the spectrum reactions is missing. Please send the database to your Ansys support distributor." This error occurs when I try to extract the Force Reaction (Random Vibration - Solution - Insert - Probe - Force Reaction).

I have already double-checked and confirmed that I have enabled the Calculate Reactions switch in the Modal module.

If anyone has any insights on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

Please turn on the nodal forces in the output section of the analysis settings in the modal analysis:

Almost all the options are turned on, but none of them are useful.

To what is the force reaction scoped?
