Hi,

I generated  a 'part' using ''Design Modeler'' and I wanted to set the total Mass as a parameter in Mechanical Application. I found a thread here that used a python code. But I could not use it to calculate the total mass and determine the output parameter. i have a Ansys 2024 R1 Student Version.

You don't need script for this. Just click the check box in the properties section of the details for the geometry object in the Mechanical outline:

What kind of analysis are you doing? Materials deform during analysis but unless you are doing a wear type analysis or purposefully EKILLing elements, the mass will stay the same.
