Invalid ANSYS product code try to open MECHANICAL APDL 2019 R2

  I am trying to start MECHANICAL APDL 2019 R2 on windows 10 and it throws me Invalid ANSYS product code, please what can I do to solve this problem, thanks.

  Can you try creating a test Windows user account that contains only English letters or numbers , then rerun the M-APDL again ?
