Ansys EmployeeVentilation rate is the amount of air feed into /exiting the system divided by the volume of the room.

And yes: Wall temperature can be post-processed for zero-thickness (default walls) in Fluent/CFD-Post.

Ansys EmployeePlease have a look in the Fluent User's Guide: that is non-resolved wall with zero thickness say with zero resistance between its sides.. That is the default wall boundary condition in Fluent.
