Hi Minh,

I hope you are in good health now and thanks for posting the details. Lower value of deformation in x-direction than expected indicates either a larger resistance to motion in that direction or lower force application. It may be required to look into the model which Ansys employees cannot do.

By the way what is the contact defined over here?

 

If you can share details of contact then it may help to comment further.
