Using Half-Power Bandwidth Method to Determine Damping Ratio from Harmonic Analy

I am conducting a wave spring analysis in ANSYS to determine the damping ratio using harmonic analysis. I've performed a modal analysis to find the natural frequencies and then conducted a harmonic analysis, resulting in an amplitude vs. frequency graph.

Can I use the half-power bandwidth method to extract the damping ratio from this graph? I want to compare these simulation results with those obtained from an impact hammer test. Is this method suitable for such a comparison, and how can I accurately extract the damping ratio from the simulation results?Harmonic Analysis in ansys
