Mechanical APDL 2019 R2 isn’t starting

  I had my installation finished with a warning that it was completed with an error reported in install.err
  
  Is it the cause that Mechanical APDL 2019 in't starting? A cmd prompt window confirms that student.lic was found, Mechanical APDL 'realize your product promise' banner loads but I dont get a software window.
