老师您好,我下载官网案例自己运行(https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042800293-Ring-resonator-getting-started-Design-and-initial-simulation),不论是MODE还是FDTD,都在100%时没有下降到1e-5。我查阅论坛内的帖子,您认为仿真时间不够。且在https://innovationspace.ansys.com/forum/forums/topic/ansys-insight-guanyuhuiyinbiweiqiangdefangzhen/里看到您回复“如果是谐振频率和Q,没有必要让Autoshutoff level 如此小。”我希望通过仿真得到谐振频率、Q与FSR,请问Autoshutoff level多大合适呢?我可以通过drop端的T来计算Q和FSR吗?如果我想仿真大的MRR,是不是用INTTERCONNECT更好呢?

需要实验,现在好办,你把仿真时间设置的非常长,比如比现在长100倍,然后选择Checkpoint
Ansys Insight:使用Checkpoint继续仿真被迫中断或已经仿真结束的文件
如果透射率反射率不光滑可以进一步减小autoshutoff min。
如果器件比较大,建议用INTERCONNECT,但是也要先用FDTD仿真耦合系数,参见
