The approach for calculating the liquid volume will depend on the specific setup of your case. A few factors to consider:

  1. Did the domain initially contain liquid, or was it entirely vapor that then starts to condense?

If it's a condensation process where vapor is turning into liquid, you can create a volume integral report to track the volume of the liquid phase over time. This will allow you to monitor the accumulation of the liquid as the condensation occurs.

  1. Are you interested in the condensation happening on a specific surface?

In that case, you may want to look into using the Eulerian Wall Film model, which is well-suited for tracking liquid film formation and behavior on surfaces during condensation.
