I am trying to model water bottle under compression. What is the best way to achieve this? The bottle is not completely filled with water, there is some empty space inside the bottle. The objective is to see at what compression force the bottle will buckle/fail? What are the different analysis required for this? Also is fluid structure interaction required in this case? How should I consider the effect of water? Another thing to note that this is not impact problem. A static load is acting at the top of the bottle due to weight kept on top of the bottle.Â

Additionally consider the case where the bottle is completely filled with water. Thanks!
