There is no direct way to do this. First you will need to split the body in half with upper part and lower diverging section. Than copy faces and paste those. Once you have faces you can this option shown below to thicken the surfaces in the Pull Tool.
For lower part again similar steps needs to be used. Let me know if this helps.Â
