Could you please update to the newst (4.11) LS-PrePost https://ftp.lstc.com/anonymous/outgoing/lsprepost/4.11/ and give it a try?

Following it, I update the LS-PrePost to latest version.

Could you please let us know what graphic cards/system are you using? Do you have the most recent graphic card drivers? If there are 2 graphic cards in the PC (integrated one and high performance one) could you try running LS-PrePost with high performance one? 

Is the windows visible initially, when LS-PrePost is open without any model?

It was confirmed that the problem occurred because the graphics driver was invalid.

Now, the error was solved.
