How to apply general displacement derivative load in APDL?

      Does anyone know how to apply a load p=1-dw/dx-dw/dt to a clamped Plate (Shell) rested in xy coordinate in Ansys APDL? 

      Note that w is the displacemt of the plate along z axis.

      I would very grateful.
