Currently, I'm working in a team in Japan that has Ansys Rocky software license and 3 admin accounts that are linked to the license. The technical support company that we have access to is only in Japanese. I was wondering if as a junior Analyst, is there a way to access the Ansys Customer Support Space without using admin accounts, inadvertantly linking my account to our current Account Number (Customer Number/ID)
Also, is the Ansys Customer Support Space a community space?(eg; Forums, public discussion space etc.) or a space that is specifically between the customer and customer support?(Closed and encrypted, risk of data leaks are low)

Hi I can answer the second question, ACSS is not public, like this forum where you have posted the information. The data shared on ACSS is encrypted and only visible to the user who has raised the case.
I am raising this internally so your first question will be answered.

Hello, I believe you should be able to register a separate account for yourself. Please check with the Channel partner for further information.Â
