Respected sir, I am tring to analyse a model in ansys deffraction, where I do every step of the analysis, after the solving the model, the software is raising an error- "illegal connectivity element 10947 is joined to element 13248 and 13319" and "elements must be atleast 1.000*Facet radius apart Element 56 violates this condition". so can anybody suggest the solution for this error. The pictures of error has been attached.
