I am conducting a unit cell simulation of the 2DEG model to compare transmission results. One scenario uses a sheet with layered impedance as a boundary condition, and the other employs a rectangular box with material properties assigned based on 2DEG characteristics. The transmission results align with the analytical equation when using the sheet, but the rectangular box scenario results in zero transmission. Any suggestions would be welcome.
