Hello,Â
I have recently been given some pre-existing files for Ansys Workbench and Fluent (2023 R2). The day that I had received them, all files were opening and operating correctly. However, when I try and open one of the files since, I get an error message which says 'GuiOperation Open...' through exception during Invoke: Could not find a part of the pathÂ
I also get the same error when I try and open the logs of previous sessions, both from when I initially opened it and the previous person's. All of the Workbench files are opening correctly. The file path that it appears to be looking for, I have been able to follow in file explorer, although the final file appears empty. I have also tried to reset the app data by using %APPDATA% and renaming it to v232_Old and still get the same error.Â
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Best wishes,

Hi Rachael,
Ensure your system meets the minimum hardware requirements listed on the download page for workbench-based simulation tools. Update all drivers. Start a new project in a different workbench file to check if the issue persists, as the model might be corrupted. If the problem continues, try installing a different version of Ansys.Â
