Hello!
I want to implement a simulation of deformation and separation when heat is applied to a spiral multi-layer structure.
I am running the simulation with contact debonding conditions.
However, as the simulation progresses, errors continue to occur. I have tried increasing the number of meshes or applying a very small temperature change, but errors still persist.Â
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi,
What are the number of substeps? Why the update stiffness is turned to Never? The mesh seems to be fine, try running the model with a coarse mesh first to debug the issue. Did you check the contact status before solving? Please see if these comments help.
