If you are using Workbench (as opposed to APDL input), you would drag and drop a Harmonic Response System from the Toolbox onto the Project Schematic.  In APDL you would issue the commands ANTYPE,HARM and HARF,,Freq where Freq is the frequency of the cyclic loading.
