Pre-Meshed Crack

  Hello Experts ...
  
  I've modeled a quarter stiffend panel (with symmetry ) with a crack in its center. Then I choose a pre-meshed crack and select the crack tip
  
  I have found in the details of pre-meshed an option of symmetry, should I put it yes or No ??

  The definition of the symmetry is shown below:
  
  "Symmetry: Specifies the crack symmetry about a line (in 2D analysis) or about a plane (in 3D analysis). The default is No."

  Since you have symmetric geometry (and crack), I would turn it to Yes.
