Diffraction Grating with Anisotropic Materials

  Regarding the case study "Diffraction Grating with Anisotropic Materials", running the official script lc_grating_RCWA_script has not been able to achieve the calculation of diffraction efficiency. I'm not sure where the error is occurring.
