hello.
I have designed a 3D model in HFSSDesign model.I want to do the co simulation of this 3D model along with circuit elemt.I have done the simulation by creating dynamic link and its working. But now I need to optimize my 3D model(during optimization I need to refresh the dynamic link in circuit every time and it takes alot of time). As, My design is incomplete without circuit elements so, I am not able to see the effect just in 3D model. Is there any way to link both 3D and circuit model so that when I do softarwe optimization, it automaitically runs both 3D and circuit simulatniously and give me the over all results?

Hello Javaria Aslam,
Thank you for reaching out to us on your query.Â
You can create circuit elements inside 3D HFSS design and carry out optimizations without going to circuits via dynamic linking. To create circuit elements in your HFSS design refer to the following section in the help documentation of the tool: -

Hi, I am trying to folow the procedure in the manual, but its not working.
Secondly, how can I import a Spice model for transistor or diode?
Thanks
