How to plot and export a graph average energy(J/kg) agaisnt time(s) ?

      Hi,

      I am doing ANSYS fluent setup and cannot find any relevant parameters for average energy stored over time as shown below.

      is there a way to export the data in order to plot the chart (average energy vs time) ?
