      One of our customers (2024R1.03) has a problem importing .dwg files, it gives him a popup error ‘Attach Failed’ and nothing more. 
      I've tried putting his file into my SpaceClaim (same version) and it opens quietly. I checked his and my settings and they seem to be fine. What is this due to?

      Is this happening with any particular file or every .dwg files?
