Likely what you have is a shell/surface with acoustic domain on both sides. Unfortunetaly we can not have an acoustic domain on both sides of a shell/surface body.
Try using a solid body where this is not an issue (as 3D solid has a 3D thickness we can have an acoustic domain all around it).”
