Ansys Research License – wrong email used

  hello there,
  my university gave me a research license which is connected to my email of the University (ge65det@mytum.de).
  The problem is, that my ansys programm is using the wrong email (jakob.seethaler@icloud.com), which is not connected to the research license.
  I think the reason is, that i have already downloaded the ansys student edition a few months ago.
  I have already made a new installation of the programm but there was no opportunity, to select a user (type in a mail).
  So the question is, how to the change the current user (i am using ansys workbench and ansys mechanical).

  I have already deinstalled everything of the ansys student version, deleted all ansys files and made a completely new installation of the software, which my university gave me...but ansys is still using the wrong e mail:
  Diagnostic Detail: UserNotRecognizedError; Please verify that user "jakob.seethaler@icloud.com" is associated with at least one account in the ID Portal; 05568b97111f408cbbcf47345ec43d0b

  Does this error happen when you are trying to install 24.1?
  Can you send a screen shot of where this error is seen?
  If you open ANSYS Licensing Settings 24.1, what does the screen look like?
