Hi,
I've got a coil and I'm trying to compare solid wire versus litz wire in Maxwell and Q3D. I tried a Maxwell Magnetostatic solution and a Q3D solution.
I read the following aritcle: Using Litz Wire in Maxwell 2D and 3D Simulations (ansys.com)
However I cannot find the litz wire in my libraries I am running Ansys Electronics Desktop 2023R1. Am I missing something, do I need to download some sperate librariers?Â
Â
Thanks
Glenn

Hello, in Fig3 you should change the composition from solid to Litz. For more information, please visit Ansys Electronics 2023 R2

Thanks
