All,
Using Ansys Workbench, it appears that it can only handle multiple PSD inputs if they are not correlated.
I see that nCode has an approach for handling the correlation and phasing.
Is nCode the only provider of such solutions or are there others that people have used successfully and could recommend?

Yes, Ansys nCode DesignLife can evaluate the fatigue damage caused by PSDs simultaneously applied in multipled directions. I do not know which other commercial fatigue provide that capability.
