Base Excitation function

      We want to floor excitation as a function of amplitude 10 and frequency 65 Hz. 10*sin(2*3.14*time*3753.15) But I don't know why this function has a frequency of 65Hz. Please let me know

      "time" may mean "freq" in a harmonic analysis.  Could that be it?
