I have a device configuration as shown below to simulate the heat distribution caused by the S-shape Mo heater upon various voltages on top of a microring resonator:
I set a mesh with a max step smaller than the minimum linewidth in the device as 400 nm.
I added the electrical and thermal parameters of Mo. And I set the material of contact as Al-CRC from material library. Â
But there is a Job error when I run the simulation.
Could you give some suggestions to help solve the problem?
Thanks a lot.

From the error messages it seems this file might be crashed.Â
If you can still open the file, please check the material settings and the simulation settings. When there are curves it might need much finer mesh. So please try to change min-edge length, lower triagle quality and mesh sensitity and see if it improves.
