Ansys Maxwell 2D error fixing

  I am getting the following error when I simulate my 2D model. Not able to find the interscection. Done subtraction using cloning for these 2 parts (spring & active dog plate)-but this didn't fix the error. Please help me on fixing the same asap.

  Hello Meera,
  I suppose the overlap is too tiny so that subtraction operation may not work perfectly. Could you make large movement of one face and then use subtraction?
