Hello

If you look in Windows System Infomraiton > Error Reporting, you may see an Application Error with the following: 

AnsysWBU.exe version 24.2023.331.1 Failure in module name FMTGKernel_WB.dll

If so, this is a known bug in 2024R1 having to do with licensing.
There will be is a 2024R1-SP3 available on the Customer Download portal no earlier than May 1.Â
