Hello,
I was simulating a steady state simulation and exporting thermal matrices at two different break points one at 20 Nm @ 1000 rpm and another at 100 Nm @5000 rpm.
To my surprise I have got same values of thermal capacitance but the thermal resistances are varies. -

Hello Sriganeshkumar,
I think thermal resistance would change by the heat transfer. When having same heat transfer coefficient, high power may have a high thermal resistance between ambient and housing due to convection. The thermal capacitance would be determined by the size and materail properties.
