SubscriberI am doing a pool boiling simulation where heatedWall has constant wall temperature boundary condition.Â
Now, I want to get Total wall heat flux value at heatedWall. How can I do that in ANSYS Fluent?Â
More specificaly my question is, in surface integral, Do I need to do the area weighted average, integral, sum, area etc. or something else?Â

Forum ModeratorI'd look in the Reports>Fluxes panel.Â

SubscriberReports>Fluxes gives total heat transfer rate (W). Which I divided by the area and I found that it is same value as reported by surface integral>Area averaged>Total Heat Flux. So, it's correct method right? Just want to confirm.Â

Forum ModeratorAs in I'd take the Flux Report value as that's returned directly from the solver, and is available as you're reporting on a mesh surface.Â
