      Hi! I am wondering how the Fluent handles the non-conformal mesh that is generated when using poly-hexcore meshing? Like the one in the picture?
      Is there anywhere you can read about it?

      You mean the connections that look like hanging nodes? I found this, https://www.ansys.com/en-gb/products/fluids/ansys-fluent/mosaic-meshing  and given it's mentioned once in the documentation I doubt there's anything else that we're sharing at present.
