Hello everyone, here is my model below - a quarter of an electrochemical reactor to reduce mesh complexity. The two end sections (orange and green) are the electrodes (potential difference will be applied axially through the reactor body) - I med the bodies with Extrude, but the electrodes are overlapping with the reactor inlet and outlet. That is giving me problem with setting up conditions in Fluent, and I was hoping to cut the overlapping portion so that the electrodes are just "wrapped" aroudn the cylindrical surface area of the reactor, but not inside it. I hope that makes sense. I tried merging all three bodies with "Boolean" and then using extrude to cut another surface, but I have the same problem and I would love any suggestions.
