Ansys EmployeeHi,
You can observe that mass is conserved. The imbalance reported in Net Results is below 1% ,which is an acceptable result to check convergence.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
When the imbalance reported in Net Results is below 1%, it is consider to be converged. You will get error values less if you run simulation for more iterations.

SubscriberSo your meaning is after getting the converged result.
It is okay that I simulate for more iterations even if the imbalance reported in Net Results is more than 1%?
When it not reach converged, how many iterations I should run more?
Thank you,SRP!

Ansys EmployeeHi,
As a best practise if net results is more than 1%, then better to run simulation for more iterations.
You need to check results for the convergence.

SubscriberSorry that I didn't ask clearly.
My question is if it run 250 iterations and the net results is less than 1%,then I let it run 50 more iterations continue.
The net results become more than 1%.
Is it still acceptable convergence?
Thank you for your reply!

Ansys EmployeeHi,
If after additional iterations the results change significantly (more than 1%), it may indicate that the solution has not truly converged, and further investigation or continued iterations may be necessary to ensure the integrity of the converged results.

SubscriberI got it!
Thank you so much.
