I tested with the example linked below and it reports a syntax error when I run the script: radial_diffusion_doping.lsf

I never edited the codes in the sciprt before I ran that.

This is a very old script file when "end" is not reserved for the end of a matrix. Please use other variable name such as kend to replace it, and it will work. Actually yuo can simply the adjunct lines without using kern.
