SubscriberHi,
I am using bearing contact for one of our application and my motto is to find out the natural frequencies in modal analysis.
I modelled bearing outer and inner rings and gave bearing connections.
But bearing connections considered only radial stiffness K11,K22 and K12. It doesn't considered axial stiffness.
How to provide axial stiffness to the bearings?
Thanks in advance

Ansys EmployeeHi
See if this helps (perhaps introduce another spring/body-ground to account for long. stiffn.):

All the best
