Hi Tomas,
Both formats are used to import layout ECAD designs to Ansys Electronics Desktop. You shouldn't observe differences if the two models are identical. However, since both of these types will go through translation before being imported to AEDT we recommend to inspect the models for any incosistencies. Usually, the ODB++ format is preffered for ECAD imports.
