A floating point exception error popped up when running a simulation and I reckon it happened due to poor quality of the meshing.

As shown, mesh sizes in the second and third parts are not squared. How can I make them all the same size?

You've also not connected the edges at the geometry stage. Depending on geometry try creating a multibody part or using share topology. Then see how meshing behaves. Also check for short edges.
