Thanks for the reply Rob but the university does not have a license for the additive suite.

Below showing the solver output of me directly needing the additive license.

Once again if anyone haves an alternative method to get a transicent analysis or some sort of analysis by hand given certain information would be helpful in trying to get some sort of thermal profile for the DED additive process.
