SubscriberHi,
I am trying to sweep the surface along a curve to generate the body. But I cannot find that function when I press "extrude" button. Is it because the fluent V19.2 in my computer is a student(academic) version?
Best,
Qiaochu

Forum ModeratorNo. The tool is in DesignModeler though, not Fluent.Â

Forum ModeratorI think you've mucked up the interface settings. Go to File -> SpaceClaim Options -> Appearance and use the "Reset Docking Layout" button.Â
I'll move to pre-proc too as this isn't really a tutorial question.Â

SubscriberThank you for your reply, but it still does not work. When I press "pull" button, still no option shows up on the left top corner of screen.

SubscriberYou have a defective installation. Here is a procedure that will create a new profile for you. Quit ANSYS.
Open Windows Explorer. In the text field type %appdata% and you will see a list of folders. One of them is ANSYS. Rename this to ANSYS_old. Start ANSYS and see if this fixed the problem.
If that didn't fix the problem, you can try to uninstall ANSYS and reinstall it.
