I followed the procedures in your second link since I have the student version. When I copied your first link to the Ansys Online Help address bar, I waited for a long time without getting any results. I also just tried to copy the title (1.5. reviewing results) but nothing changed. I do not think the problem is with my internet because I am connecting to a fast one.
