      Hi. I got an error above and I can't search for a reason here on the forum or g o ogle. May I ask what does this mean and how do I solve it?

      I am analyzing a structure in transient thermal analysis. This model was working after I added two APDL Commands which contain the stress-strain of two materials.

      I'll check with a developer.  Seems unnecessary to be specifying stress-strain info in a thermal analysis.

      Developer says Matsigdev is an "ancient" material routine.  Is it possible you are using an obsolete material model?  Which one are you using?

      Hi. I tested it for Transient Structural and not Transient Thermal. I just let ANSYS define the material type and I'm currently using the 2024 version of ANSYS Student.

      It's a defect and development is going to fix it.
