Plastic Strain Tensors

      Hello,


      I want to know that how to find plastic strain tensors (normal and shear plastic strains ) in ANSYS Workbench.


      Also i am interested in knowing that how ANSYS APDL Commands can be used in WORKBENCH to find Plastic Strain Tensors.

      Click on solution and then on worksheet to reveal all the history variables available for you to plot.



      Refer to the help by searching for EPPL for commands.

      I will check it out. Are the values also available on same table?

      No, right click on it and add user-defined result. Then evaluate like you would any other variable such as Total Deformation or Von-mises stress.
