Subscriber Hello
I am using Ansys for optimization, It shows an error when running SpaceClaim.
I did not have the issue with the previous version.
Â
When closing the error box, next it opens the SpaceClaim with no issue.
I need to resolve the issue since, in optimization, it should update in each design point.

SubscriberWhen opening the SpaceClaim afterward, you see the model and can work on that. While it shows these messages.
"Additive Prep License Error"
"Failed to create Direct3D11"

SubscriberHello,
Â
I am using design explore. The version is the latest R2.
It does not have with the other versions.
It is not a matter of optimization.
It is a licence error. I noticed it happens when I am trying to open the Ansys mesh.
I don't know what the feature 16064 is in the new version of Ansys 2019R2 so the licence asks for in which is not in the Ansys pool.
To clarify, it in the new(latest) version on different computers and os. not on Ansys 2019R1 or older version.

Ansys EmployeeYou can get rid of this license error by going to File -> SpaceClaim Options -> Add-ins -> Then, uncheck the 'Additive' box. Relaunch SpaceClaim.
Thanks,
Win
